Tonight on Studio 5: Kathie Lee Gifford's 'Then Came You' and Showtime's 'The Good Lord Bird'
Every week, CBN News' Studio 5 brings uplifting entertainment news, and tonight, we have a look at a new movie titled Then Came You.
The film is courtesy Kathie Lee Gifford, who wrote, produced, and stars in the new romantic comedy. It's appearing in theaters across the country tonight only and then it will be available on demand.
"All of this thing is a miracle," Gifford told Studio 5. "Just one after the other."
Studio 5 will also be taking a look at the complicated life of a passionate preacher and abolitionist John Brown.
Ethan Hawke brings this story to life in the new Showtime series The Good Lord Bird.
Studio 5 interviews the cast of the series along with James McBride, the author of the novel.
