The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Bilingual Associate Producer to coordinate and provide assistance with pre-production, production, post-production, and social media for its Spanish 700 Club television program. This professional will support the production of inspired content designed to encourage a U.S. Hispanic audience.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, with extensive cross-cultural knowledge and experience
• Strong working knowledge of television production and post production
• Working knowledge of various digital media platforms
• Strong creative writing skills
• Strong decision-making skills with ability to make solid recommendations
• Strong time-management skills with ability to conceptualize, implement, and complete a plan
• Proficient in MS Office, rough cut editing software, social media, and ability to learn new software
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish effective rapport with all levels of management, staff and outside public
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as an effective member of a cross-cultural team
• Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
