Bilingual Story Producer - Club 700 Hoy (VA)

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Bilingual Story Producer to pre-produce, produce, and post-produce segments for its Spanish 700 Club television program and related digital platforms. This professional will produce inspired stories designed to encourage a U.S. Hispanic audience.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, with extensive cross-cultural knowledge and experience
• Senior-level experience as a story producer, preferably for magazine-style program
• Creative thinker with excellent scriptwriting skills and ability to tell effective video stories
• Strong understanding of video production, including expertise in Adobe Premiere
• Working knowledge of integrating content with digital platforms
• On-camera skills desirable
• Strong abiltiy to create, monitor, and execute a budget
• Self-motivated with ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
• Strong time-management skills with ability to conceptualize, implement, and complete a plan
• Proficient in MS Office, editing software, social media, and ability to learn new software
• Collaborative with ability to take direction
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish effective rapport with all levels of management, staff and outside public
• Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
• Ability to travel
