The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), a leader in Christian media, has an opening for a Videographer in Nashville, TN.  As a member of our production team, this creative professional will produce national network quality video packages involving location lighting, video/audio recording, directing techniques, and field editing.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Working knowledge of state-of-the-art video camera, lighting and audio production techniques and equipment operation
• Ability to perform advanced remote production functions involving lighting, directing and audio recording
• Minimum of two years of experience in video field production, or a B.A. in video production
• Thorough knowledge of TV production in remote locations
• Intermediate videotape editing skills
• Prefer DP experience and reenactment shooting and directing skills
• Ability to work independently and as an effective production team member to include operating as a one-man band on field assignments
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to make timely decisions
• Strong time-management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to give directions clearly, as well as take directions
• Ability to travel extensively and work nights and weekends
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time; ability to bend and lift up to 50lbs
