Criminal justice reform has republicans divided. But, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says it will be voted on by the end of the year. Those in support of the legislation, including President Trump, have spent weeks lobbying McConnell to take up the bill, which has bi-partisan support. That means it also has bi-partisan opposition. Republican Senators like Tom Cotton of Arkansas, say the bill has some major problems that still need to be addressed.
