A new Internet company called iChristianAuctions.com is working to create a "Christian eBay" with the goal of giving back to the world's struggling and impoverished while glorifying God.

iChristianAuctions.com, headquartered in Houston, bills itself as a socially responsible organization that would divert 10 percent of its annual net profit to non-profit groups.

Those groups in turn would work to help the downtrodden through Samaritan outreaches and programs.

"What started with just one person has now matured to a total of three middle class/blue collar families who have a heart to bless (empower) people who are hurting," the group said.
