Eurozone leaders are holding an emergency meeting in Brussels Tuesday to figure out a new bailout program for Greece, following the weekend referendum rejecting the terms offered by its creditors.

In an effort to avoid total financial collapse, Greece is offering new economic measures to restart negotiations if possible.

Without a deal, Greece's banks could run out of cash within days, the first step in the country's potential exit from the Euro Currency Union.

Germany said it's important for Greece to "take responsibility" for reforming its economy, while France said Europe should show "solidarity" with Greece.
