At least part of Greece's international bailout expires Tuesday, making this crunch time for the cash-strapped country.

Banks remain closed and there are long lines at ATM machines where Greeks are only allowed to withdraw $67 per day.

The government is unlikely to repay a nearly $2 billion debt it owes to the International Monetary Fund.

That failure will only add to growing fears the country is heading to a default and possible exit from the euro currency.
