There's good news for travelers hitting the road this Labor Day weekend. AAA projects that gas prices will be at their lowest level in a decade.
It expects more than 35 million Americans will be traveling over the holiday, the highest since 2008.
The average price for gas around the nation has hit $2.50, nearly 90 cents lower than a year ago.
"Significant savings continue to be seen in yearly price comparisons due to the relatively low cost of crude oil, which set new multi-year lows last week before rallying to end the week," AAA reports.
