About 20,000 students flooded Atlanta's Phillips Arena this weekend for the annual Passion Conference, and they didn't come empty handed.
They packed trucks with towels and socks to be distributed to the city's homeless.
Pastor Louie Giglio began the conference in 1997. Its mission is to give college students a chance to unite, to glorify God, and to seek justice for those who have no voice.
"At this time of our life we are all just searching for something. We are wanting identity, purpose, love. And when we come here we realize that we can find that. And we can find that in Jesus," attendee Parrish Brown said.
"Passion simply means to me Jesus and I will tell you why. It is simply college students coming together from all over the world from different walks of life and all coming for one goal and that is just Jesus," another attendee, Sebastian Gibson, said.
Christian artists Chris Tomlin, Hillsong United, and Kristian Stanfill led the students in worship.
