Protests in Ferguson, Missouri, continued Wednesday night as autopsy results of Michael Brown, the unarmed black teen shot this summer by a white police officer, were leaked to the public.

The autopsy, obtained by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, shows Brown was shot in the hand at close range - something experts say supports claims of a struggle with Officer Darren Wilson.

A microscopic exam also showed that foreign matter found on Brown's thumb was "consistent with products that are discharged from the barrel of a firearm."

The findings were similar to those of an autopsy commissioned by Brown's family.

Results of a third autopsy, performed by the Justice Department, have not been released.
