The man who bought the weapons used in the San Bernardino shooting is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
Enrique Marquez is making his second court appearance on a terrorism-related charge for conspiring to provide material support to terrorists for abandoned plots in 2011 and 2012.
Marquez is also charged with illegally purchasing the two rifles that Syed Farook and his wife used to gun down 14 people on Dec. 2.
Prosecutors are asking that he be held without bail, saying he's both dangerous and a flight risk.
