Billions of people were captivated when the San Jose mine collapsed in Chile five years ago and buried 33 men alive.

They were trapped underground for 69 days. What unfolded below is now the focus of "The 33," a film hitting theaters Friday, November 13, 2015.

The movie has an all-star cast, including Antonio Banderas.

He plays the miner Mario Sepúlveda, who came to be known as "Super Mario" by his fellow trapped miners.

"He is not a quitter," Bandera said. "He is a man of faith. And he is crazy. I really like that crazy because it is contagious and he knew that."

Banderas described the real-life man behind the role when he sat down as a guest in CBN News' latest "Studio 5" segment. Click play to watch.
