Suspect in Paris Massacre Arrested in Bulgaria

01-13-2015

The manhunt for other members of the Paris terrorist cell behind the Charlie Hebdo massacre is stretching out across Europe.

Authorities are concerned that six possible co-conspirators could still pose a threat.

On Tuesday, authorities in Bulgaria arrested a French citizen who may be linked to the two brothers who attacked the satirical newspaper.

The 29-year-old suspect, Fritz-Joly Joachin, was arrested under a European warrant citing his alleged terrorist ties.

Meanwhile, French police are still searching for a man who was seen driving a car registered to the widow of the gunman who attacked a Jewish grocery store.

Turkish officials say that widow recently passed through Turkey and escaped into Syria where she will be shielded by ISIS.

Fourteen victims were killed in the attacks, along with the three gunmen.

The attacks decimated the Charlie Hebdo staff. The other dead included four hostages killed in the kosher supermarket and three police officers.
