A record 25.2 million Latinos are eligible to vote next Tuesday and for the first time, they make up 11 percent of all eligible voters nationwide.

But whether or not they'll vote is the big question.

In recent years, Hispanic voter turnout rates in midterm and presidential elections have lagged behind other racial and ethnic groups.

Hispanic mega-church pastor Rev. Wilfredo De Jesus, senior pastor at New Life Covenant Church in Chicago, spoke with CBN News about the election, the Latino vote and growth in the Latino church.

New Life is the largest Assemblies of God congregation in the US. De Jesus, also known as "Pastor Choco," is also the author of In the Gap.
