Officials at an Air Force base in Georgia are reversing their ban against wishing visitors "a blessed day."
Last week, Robins Air Force Base officials told security personnel to drop the friendly greeting after a threat from the Military Religious Freedom Foundation.
The anti-Christian group's founder said the phrase "have a blessed day" is a "sectarian greeting."
Now officials say the phrase does not violate Air Force standards. Guards may now mention "a blessed day" if they choose to.
Spokesman Roland Leach said Guards may say "welcome to team Robins," and add courteous and professional greetings if they wish.
