After almost three weeks in theaters, the latest installment of the Star Wars series, "The Force Awakens," is still going strong, raking in $758.2 million at the North American box office.
The film takes place 30 years after the defeat of the Galactic Empire. Now the galaxy is facing a new threat in the form of Kylo Ren, a young Sith devotee who worships the late Darth Vader.
"Star Wars is many things to many people, and most of them are right about it," writes Plugged-In film critic Paul Asay.
"To some it's all hinky spirituality," he continued. "To others, it's laser fights and space freighters. Still others think of it as a love story or a Western or a galactic war zone. But it can also be a starting point to talk about courage, friendship, faith and family."
Bob Waliszewski, director of Focus on the Family's Plugged In, shared his opinion on "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," as well as other films, like "The Masked Saint," "Daddy's Home," and "Concussion." Click play to watch.
