'The Hiding Place' Still in Theaters Due to High Demand: Meet the Actress Who Plays Corrie ten Boom
High ticket demand has extended the limited theatrical release of the new film called "The Hiding Place".
It will now continue on the big screen, likely into next week.
It's the story of Corrie ten Boom and her family in Holland who risked everything to hide Jewish refugees from the Nazis in World War II.
Their heroic story was first told in Corrie's 1971 autobiography.
Now, Nan Gurley plays the leading role of Corrie in the film. Gurley's career spans more than 30 years, but this role was one she feels she was born to play.
