The Kremlin has declared a full ceasefire in Ukraine from May 8 to 10 as Russia celebrates WWII "Victory Day" over Nazi Germany on May 9. Iranian state television has reported a fire and a massive explosion rocked a port in southern Iran on Saturday, injuring at least 516 people. The blast happened at the Shahid Rajaei port just outside of Bandar Abbas, a major facility for container shipments for the Islamic Republic.
