Idlib: population three million, and the last rebel stronghold in Syria. Government forces, joined by Russia, Iran and others have surrounded the city and are preparing for what will likely be the final assault in Syria's seven-year civil war. Humanitarian groups are pleading with Russia to avoid what they anticipate being a massacre and the U.S. is warning against a "reckless" attack. Senior international correspondent George Thomas is on today's CBN News Daily Rundown, he says the civilians in Idlib are trapped and their prospects are dire.
