Venezuela's interim president Juan Guaido appears to have launched what many are calling the "final phase" in an effort to oust President Nicholas Maduro. He's called for an uprising and as thousands join him, he's asking the military to rise up against Maduro as well. CBN contributor Chuck Holton says he believes that within the next 24 hours Guaido will either be president of Venezuela, or he'll be a martyr. He's on today's CBN News Daily Rundown.
