Attorney General William Barr spent his day on Capitol Hill. This was the first opportunity for lawmakers to question Barr since he released the redacted version of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's report. A recent Washington Post story disclosing details from a letter sent from Mueller to Barr has provided lawmakers a new angle for their questioning. In the letter, Mueller expresses concern that the attorney generals summary of the special counsel report did not capture the "context, nature and substance," of the work and conclusions of the Mueller team.
