President Trump is suspending funding to the World Health Organization. The US has contributed more than $900 million to the WHO in the past two years but Trump says the organization has favored China in the COVID-19 pandemic and failed its most basic duties. Senior international correspondent Gary Lane saw the WHO in action during the SARS outbreak.
