Obamacare Returns to the High Court

The Supreme Court heard one of the biggest cases of this term Tuesday: a case threatening Obamacare. President Trump and a number of red states asked the Court to use this case to kill the entire Affordable Care Act, but senior Washington correspondent Paul Strand says it's more likely that the justices will get rid of only the individual mandate, that's the part of the law that commands people to buy health insurance.
