This week, thousands of Christian pilgrims from all over the world have come to Jerusalem to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles (Hebrew, Sukkot). You can see some of those pilgrims in our story on today's 700 Club.
It's an incredible sight to see Christians from nations like Fiji, Germany, Norway, Portugal and the United States coming up to the city of Jerusalem.
We interviewed Malcolm Hedding, the international director of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem. Hedding talked about what the Feast of Tabernacles is, why it's important for Christians today and what will be the future fulfillment of this Feast of the Lord.
I think you'll see why Sukkot is so important and why the city of Jerusalem plays such a vital role in God's plan for the future.
