The historic World Series between the Chicago Cubs and the Cleveland Indians is heading to a final showdown in Game 7 Wednesday night.

Just a few days ago, the Cubs were down three games to one. But last night the Cubs continued their incredible comeback, tying up the series by clinching Game 6 with a rare grand slam - the first one at a World Series in 11 years.

The Cubs owned the game from the start, leading 3-0 after the first inning. Then they took a commanding lead in the third inning after young short-stop Addison Russell crushed a grand slam over the center field wall.

At just 22 years old, Russell became the second-youngest player to hit a grand slam in the World Series, just behind Mickey Mantle, who was 21 when he hit his slam in the 1953 Series.

The final score on Tuesday night's game was 9-3, as the Cubs offense throttled the Indians.

It's been 108 years since the Cubs have won the World Series, and 68 years since the Indians have won.

"This is kind of fitting for these two franchises. This is storybook," Cubs catcher David Ross said. "They'll make movies about this one day."
