Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte made big news in Rio de Janeiro a few weeks ago when he admitted to making up a story about being robbed at gunpoint during the Olympic games.
Right after that admission, Lochte lost all four of his commercial sponsorships.
On Wednesday, however, ABC announced that Lochte has been chosen to compete in its popular Dancing With the Stars program.
Celebrities, entertainers, athletes and politicians all seem to lie so easily. Does lying have any negative repercussions these days?
