With Mitt Romney on his way to a General Election matchup with Barack Obama, here is the part of his speech that struck me tonight:

Joe "The Plumber,” who will take on Ohio Democrat Marcy Kaptur this fall in a congressional U.S. House race has released an article exclusively to The Brody File where he unashamedly talks about being saved by Jesus Christ and muses about President Obama’s faith as well.
He says that when he accepted Jesus, “It was a magnificent event in my life that transformed me. It was, like many people have experienced, a moment of clarity. The weight came off my shoulders.”
Children stretch the truth. Often they will use their imaginations to create games, stories and situations. However, when your child stretches the truth and it hurts someone, it is time to teach them about honesty. Some children have amazing abilities when it comes to creativity. My oldest daughter is one. She loves to use her imagination. Lately, her wild imagination has been more harmful than innocent.
Newt Gingrich has come out in support of an amendment to the state constitution in North Carolina that would make marriage between a man and a woman the, “only domestic legal union that shall be valid or recognized in this State."
Will Mitt Romney do so as well? We haven’t heard from him on this issue. North Carolinians go to the polls May 8 on this issue.

Just when you think you've heard about every crazy diet ever invented, along comes a new one. Desperate women are losing weight with the "feeding tube diet."
As the name suggests, the person losing the weight uses a feeding tube to get all their nourishment, not one single bite of food or one drop to drink.
Up until now, feeding tubes were primarily used for patients suffering from head and neck cancers and couldn't swallow. They are uncomfortable. But now women are paying good money and actually choosing this extreme method of feeding in order to lose weight quickly.
“We didn’t get along as kids, and get along worse now,” Andrea said, tears streaming from her eyes. “I don’t know why my sisters still have the power to make me so upset.” Thirty-seven years old and a professional woman, Andrea had the ability to command a high salary, live an above average lifestyle, was verbally articulate and yet still felt flustered at family gatherings.
