In an exclusive interview with The Brody File, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker says charges that he is anti-union are “completely wrong.”

Walker is facing a recall election on June 5 after a budget bill he championed took away power from some of the unions.

“I may be anti-big government union bosses, because I think in the past, one of our problems has been they've been the ones calling the shots, instead of the hard working taxpayers in the state of Wisconsin. I put the power back in the hands of the taxpayers. What I did is also very pro-worker,” Walker said.

In an exclusive interview with The Brody File, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker defends the fact that a lot of the money he’s raised to fight his recall has come from out of state. He says that more than three-quarters of his donations are $50 or less, suggesting a grassroots effort.

“Whether it's from right here in Wisconsin or it's $10, $15, $20 from somewhere else, it's very much a grass roots effort. And I think it's a reflection that no matter what the level, that people understand what's at stake, and they understand what's really our opposition,” Walker tells The Brody File.

In an exclusive interview with The Brody File, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker says that he’s not “afraid to lose” his recall election this June.

“I don't plan on losing. I'm going to run a campaign to win,” he tells The Brody File.

Walker laments the state of politics today, saying, “Unfortunately, I think there are too many politicians in America today who make the decision solely in the end, about whether or not they run the risk of losing. And to me, that's one of our problems. You can't be afraid to lose.”

I love the week leading up to Easter Sunday. On Palm Sunday, we are reminded of Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem, how the crowds’ cheer of “Hosanna” would soon become, “Crucify Him”. Then came the Last Supper, the betrayal, Gethsemane and Good Friday, a sobering day when Jesus was crucified on the Cross for our sins. On this day, many of us attend a service that is emotional and contemplative.

Rick Santorum says he's going to be off the campaign trail for four days over Easter. That’s not a good sign for you sweater vest fans.

Let me try and explain this way: You don’t take four days off when you’re fighting to win Pennsylvania. Clearly this looks like the end of the line for him.

I would think an announcement will come the Monday after Easter.

In an exclusive interview with The Brody File, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker says the vitriol over the effort to recall him has gotten so bad at times that his children have been “targeted on Facebook.”

The Brody File spoke with Gov. Walker at his executive residence in Madison, Wis., this past Sunday afternoon for about an hour. We are releasing a few of the video clips from the interview. More will be released on "The Brody File Show" later this week and a full story will air on "The 700 Club" in the next couple weeks.

In an exclusive interview with The Brody File, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, who is facing a recall election in June, says if he could do things over again, he’d “probably spend more time last January and February making the case for why we needed the change.”

Walker’s push to balance the state budget led to a bill that angered unions because it took away some of their power and cut benefits for some union workers.

The issue of control was pretty new to me. For the first time in our marriage I was forced to realize that I had absolutely no control over my husband's actions. I could cry, scream, bargain, manipulate, but in the end my husband's choices were his alone. At one point I did symbolically give my husband to God while praying with his parents and my Mom. I asked God to take hold of his life because I knew I was helpless to change him. - James 5:16

In an exclusive interview with The Brody File, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker says prayer has gotten him and his family through this recall effort and that God has it all under control.

“All this is just a temporary thing and God's got a plan for us," Walker tells us. Could that lead to even bigger things beyond being Governor of Wisconsin? “Who knows where it might be, beyond just serving as Governor of this state.”
