David Benham and Other Pro-Life Advocates Sue City of Charlotte Over Arrest Outside Abortion Clinic

Pro-life sidewalk counselors who were arrested earlier this month in Charlotte, North Carolina are taking legal action against the city.

They say they followed social distancing guidelines and did nothing wrong leading up to their arrests.

Take a look at the exchange below between former reality TV star, Christian and outspoken pro-lifer David Benham and police officers before his arrest earlier this month.

"We are practicing social distancing. Cannot tell us to leave," Benham told the officers. 

Benham and others were arrested and later released the same day and believe they were unfairly targeted while the clinic continued to operate.

They along with the pro-life group CIties4Life are standing up to the city for their civil liberties.
