Development and Operations Coordinator

Direct Marketing – Virginia Beach, VA

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a detail-oriented Development and Operations Coordinator to coordinate the production of multi-faceted direct mail projects from conception and design stage to delivery of completed product. This process needs a project specialist to oversee the creation of audience, component design analysis and approvals, analysis and recording of mailing statistics. Seeing the project through to completion, you will coordinate print production, lasering, quality control, mail insertion, and adherence to all postal regulations. 

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Coordinator or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Working knowledge of multi-faceted direct mail production and projects
• Knowledge of direct marketing development and operations
• Strong time-management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task projects simultaneously
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and Ministry-wide shelf and internally developed software, strong database knowledge and query skills
• Strong ability to utilize software to track, record data accurately, and generate reports with keen attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Iterable and Lytics is preferred
• Ability to learn new data platforms and databases
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Critical thinker with ability to analyze problems, trouble-shoot, and offer solid recommendations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with CBN staff across departments and outside public in a positive and professional manner
• Flexible with ability to consistently meet strict deadlines and work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as a collaborative member of a team
