FEMA Help for Louisiana's Epic Flood 'Too Little, Too Late.'
A freak storm dumped more than 7 trillion gallons of water on central Louisiana in August. More than 100,000 homes were lost or damaged in what was dubbed a "thousand year flood." The federal government pledged $130 million in aid to the area, but that help has been slow to arrive.
