God's Blueprint for Success
A bad real estate deal left Richard and Sue Yubeta in financial ruin until they learned God's secret to success.

It seemed like a good business arrangement. Real estate broker Sue Yubeta of Tucson, Ariz., would secure the financing, and her business partner would build their three investment homes. They would split the profits.
“Everything went along smoothly until I came to work one day, and on my desk was all the information I would need to finish the homes,” Sue said. My builder had left.”
Her building partner actually left the state, leaving Sue holding 1.2 million dollars in loans and not enough money to finish the houses.
“I was having so much anxiety because I just couldn’t see where the money was going to come from,” she said.
“I walked around with a knot in my chest all the time. ‘Is this going to work, am I going to have enough money, Lord? I don’t see it, where is it coming from?’ I wanted to have all those concrete answers and nothing came.”
Meanwhile, Sue’s husband Richard was running into financial problems with the other family business, an assisted care center for the elderly.
“That was starting to fall apart,” Richard said. “We were losing residents, which was income. There were times when I was paralyzed with fear.”
Richard and Sue had committed to tithe after they married in 1999. But when they began to face an uncertain financial future, Sue said they really felt torn.
“I felt like I was two people,” she said. “There was that side of me that just really loved giving to the Lord. But the other side of me would say, ‘Oh my goodness, this would pay off this bill or that bill. Lord, do you really need this money, or would it be ok if just this month…?’ So it was a struggle with every check I wrote out.“
Both Richard and Sue committed to pray and try to hear what God wanted them to do. That’s when the answer came through a 700 Club broadcast.
“Watching Pat on The 700 Club every night, we would sit and we would listen to what he had to say about God’s promises in giving," Sue said. "I would think, ‘Gosh, Lord, that’s what I want to do. I want to give, but already its so tight. How could I ever do that.?’”
But all that changed in January of last year, when Sue said she felt the Lord encouraging her to step out in faith and give above their tithe.
“Instantly the Lord told me to write out a check for $10,000 and send it to The 700 Club.”
The request made her gasp, but she took the money she had saved to finish the houses and wrote the check.
Soon after that, Sue and Richard called CBN and made an additional pledge of $40 a month. After that, things really began to break loose for them.
“It was as if the dam broke,” Sue said. “We were in the midst of building the third house, and things started coming together. I put the house on the market, and within a day I got a full price offer. I was asking twice what I originally thought I was going to put the house on the market for.”
And for Sue, selling that third house meant that she was able to pay off the rest of her loans, which had amounted to 1.2 million dollars.
Then Richard began to see their other business take off too. Their assisted living home filled up with new clients. In fact, there were so many new clients that Richard and Sue are actually building two more homes to meet the demand.
“It was just one thing after another,” Sue said. “Business couldn’t have been better.”
“I would encourage people to give to The 700 Club,” Richard said. “I find it’s a safe and easy way to help your neighbor and to help others. It’s very easy to help, and I strongly encourage people to do that.”
Sue and Richard saw the rewards of applying the Law of Reciprocity -- "Give and it shall be given to you" -- by giving to CBN. Here is your chance to give to the Lord and see your dollars bring truth to hurting people, feed and clothe needy children, keep The 700 Club Prayer Counseling Center phone lines operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and provide medical care to those who need a tangible touch of God's love.
