The special begins with Jaron Myers on stage in Springfield, Missouri. The Christian comic pokes fun at truck drivers in the area and his personal disdain for traffic. Myers seamlessly transitions his bits throughout the special and next tackles babies and their names.

From Jaron’s perspective, names vary between his friend groups. His Christian friends tend to select names based off books of the Bible while his hipster friends select more unorthodox ones. Oh, and let’s not forget the families that think it’s a good idea to have everyone named with the same letter from the alphabet.

Apparently, Myers lost over 100 pounds recently, which has made his pals from high school applaud his new look but also wonder if he had “a double chin going to his knees.” Next, Myers discusses the dynamics of family game night before talking about his viral rise to fame and one skeptic and online troll who always says, “just being honest” before or after insulting him.

In the past, this would’ve bothered him, Myers says. In fact, he was such a people pleaser that he almost gave up the hope of contentment and nearly took his own life. However, the Holy Spirit moved in his heart, and Myers realized the radical grace of Christ which changed his life forever.

To end on a comical note, Myers finishes his routine with a nod to Airdropping random people photos of dead possums.
