Pray for America - Day 15
The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.

DAY 15: "The Law of Love"
If a survey were conducted on the streets of America and people were asked to recite the Ten Commandments, how many would be able to recite all 10? Do you think some would be able to name a few, or perhaps could name just one?
In Matthew 22, Jesus tells us that the first and greatest commandment is to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul and mind. And the second is like it as we are to love our neighbor as ourselves. He continues by saying that on these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets. This is because when our motivation is to love God and our devotion to Him is at the foundation of everything we do, following the Law does not seem rigid or restrictive. “Thou shalt not...” becomes “Lord, my heart does not want to sin against You.”
All across America, we ought to be so in love with God that our walk of faith demonstrates our devotion to Him every day. Let’s unite together in seeking God to refresh our souls to love God with all our heart, soul and mind—to open our eyes to the beauty of His holiness and to the glorious drawing power of His Law of Love for all who believe.
