During their first year of marriage Josh and Liz saved enough money to move from Indiana to Redding California where they enrolled in Bethel’s school of ministry. But before long they were running out of money.

Cornelia spent much of her life running from the pain of childhood sexual abuse in Germany, most of it coming after her mother’s boyfriend moved in when Cornelia was 12.
10-year-old Oktavia knew her family came from a different religious background than most of the kids at school. “Most of the students at school are Hindus and Christians,” she told us.
