Bring It On: Eternal Fiery Torment
I have serious difficulties with the concept of eternal fiery torment in Hell. I have a hard time accepting that the God that I worship would sentence unbelievers to torment that extreme for eternity. The Bible is full of figurative language. Isn't it possible that eternal absence from God's presence will provide the torment spoken of in scripture without the physical pain of fire?.
