Bring It On-Line: Easter or Resurrection Sunday
It is my understanding that the word Easter is not biblical and in fact comes from a pagan spring celebration. My question is why would Christianity adopt this word instead of calling it Resurrection Day or Resurrection Sunday? It seems disrespectful to mix such a holy day with a pagan celebration. What happened to Jesus' body after He was resurrected ?
