Please carefully read the following information on how you can take part in the CBN Superbook Giveaway – and you might win an iPad Air 2 as our grand prizewinner, a set of 8 collectible Superbook figures as the second place winner, or a set of 13 Superbook Season One DVDs as the third place winner.  Only participants who have met all of the requirements will be eligible to be chosen as winners.

Who is Eligible for CBN’s Superbook Giveaway?

The CBN Radio Christmas Giveaway is open to residents of the 48 states of the Continental U.S., or District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of CBN or any of its affiliated organizations, along with their immediate family members (parents and children, guardians and wards) and/or those living in the same household as each are not eligible to win any prize.  

How to Enter:

Beginning August 15, 2017 at 9:01:00 AM (ET) through August 29, 2017 at 11:59:00 PM (ET) go to Superbook.CBN.com/FamilyFaith and complete the online entry information. As part of your entry, you must provide a valid e-mail address where you can be reached from 8/30/17 through 9/6/17. By providing your e-mail address, you are consenting to the use of this e-mail address by CBN, CBN Radio, The 700 Club, 700 Club Interactive, CBN.com, Superbook and their respective production companies or their representatives to e-mail you in connection with this contest. Limit one entry per day per person/email address irrespective of the method of entry.

How the Winner Will Be Chosen:

The CBN Superbook Giveaway consists of submitting a fully completed entry form found at Superbook.CBN.com/FamilyFaith. A winner will be drawn randomly from entries that are giveaway eligible. CBN has sole and absolute determination in choosing the winner and CBN’s decision will be final.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value and Odds of Winning:

(1) Grand Prize will be awarded on Thursday, August 30, 2017 – one iPad Air 2 (ARV $330 ea.). One second prize, a set of 8 Superbook Collectible Figures (ARV $45 ea.) will be awarded on Thursday, August 30, 2017.  One third prize, a set of 13 Superbook Season One DVDs (ARV $195 ea.) will be awarded on Thursday, August 30, 2017. Odds of being chosen as a winner depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Conditions of Participation:

All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is not transferable. No substitution of prize by winner is permitted, but in the event of unavailability, CBN will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of CBN, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. Potential winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility Liability and where legally permissible a /Publicity Release within 10 days of first attempted notification. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate prizewinner.  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for CBN and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold CBN, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the contest. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of prize. CBN is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prize.

If the original e-mail to a potential prizewinner is not responded to by the potential prizewinner within designated time (five business days), that entry will be returned to the entry pool and an alternate entrant (in order of selection) may be selected until one (1) entrant is reached. CBN is not responsible or liable for computer error or any technical malfunctions of the Internet service provider’s (ISP) network.

CBN is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, CBN reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. In the event the online portion of the promotion must be cancelled for any reason, remaining entrants will be chosen at random from among all eligible entries received at time of online termination and all e-mailed entries.
