Sasha Tests Her Chinese Out on President Hu

According to a Reuters report, nine-year-old Sasha Obama, the youngest daughter of the president, had the chance the other day to test out her Chinese skills on the Chinese President, Hu Jintao.

"She's under 10 years old and they're studying Chinese, and she wanted to have the chance to practice her Chinese with President Hu," Reuters reports White House Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhoads said during a video conference with Chinese bloggers.

Sasha attended President Hu's arrival ceremony on the South Lawn with friends. President Obama and President Hu stopped where she was along the rope line.

The children are studying Chinese culture, the First Lady's office said.
