Cranberry Whip- Dianna Kouns from Spring Valley

Ingredients:
1 can (16oz) Whole Cranberry Sauce
2 cups Cool Whip (Reserve on heaping tbs for topping)
1/2 cup chopped wallnuts (Optional)

Cooking Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together. Add Cool Whip last and fold in. Chill before serving. Can be garnished with a dot of Cool Whip on top.

This cranberry recipe was a nice change from just regular cranberries and was served by a friend of mine. It was so easy to make. she just told me her recipe and I remembered it. I have since impressed my friends and relatives who are always asking me how I made it!
