Turkey Rolls Casserole - Suzie from Pennsylvannia

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 65 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients:

1 lb turkey slices (any deli knid will do)
1 box stuffing (any flavor, I like Chicken Stove-Top)
5 or 6 potatoes, cut in quarters or smaller
2 pkgs. brown gravy mix in packet or jar
1 can of fried onion rings (French's or generic brand)
cranberry sauce
1 9" X 12" greased pan

-------------------------------

Cooking Instructions:

Place the stuffing in a bowl, and add just enough hot water to moisten the bread.
Put a heaping tablespoon of the stuffing on a slice of turkey, and roll it up. Put the roll in the center of the pan with the flap of the turkey slice facing down so as to not unroll. Place all the rolls in the center of the pan in a row. Put the cut potatoes around the rolls and pour the prepared gravy on top of it all. Pour the fired onion ring s on the top and Bake @ 350F for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Serve with cranberry cauce on the side.

Memorable Moment:

I like to make this dish for families in my church that are ill, unable to cook a meal, or for bring a dish events. It is well liked in my family and very easy to put together.
