Watch the Season 2 Trailer for God Friended Me

A unlikely breakout hit from the 2018 television season, CBS' God Friended Me is set to make its season 2 CBS debut on Sunday at 9pm ET.

Season one focused on Miles Finer, an outspoken atheist and podcaster who is sent a friend request from on Facebook from ‘God’.  Thinking it’s some sort of twisted joke, Miles pursues new friends suggested by the account.  This leads him to Cara, a struggling writer, who along with his hacker friend Rakesh seek to find out who is behind it.  Along the way, they uncover many opportunities to help other people who are struggling with matters of faith in their lives.

On the season2 premiere, Miles tries to help the account’s new friend, Joy, figure out what the account wants from her after she receives her first friend suggestion since getting Miles’ name.
