Bring It On-Line: Media Fast and Fasting
I read that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, so is overeating lots of junk food a sin? I have heard of people doing "media fasts" (fasting from TV, Facebook, etc.) Although this is a good thing, is it technically considered "fasting?" God made the world to be beautiful and wonderful. Did he not know Adam and Eve were going to sin before it actually happened?
