Bring It On-Line: Who Can Baptize?
I read that any Christian can baptize someone else because it's not about the person baptizing but about Christ. Is this true? Who can perform baptisms? The Bible says to preach the Word of the kingdom to the ends of the earth and then the end shall come.
It seems like the Word is being preached now to the ends of the earth. What needs to be fulfilled before the return of our Savior?
