Day Before Mashed Potatoes - Jill from Pennsylvania
Ingredients:
5 lb. potatoes
6 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
3 TBS butter
2 tsp onion salt (if desired)

Cooking Instructions:
Peel potatoes and cook them. Drain off water and mash in pan. Add complete recipe and whip. Place in a buttered casserole. Reheat next day and dot with butter at 350 degrees.
