Sugar Free Diet Lemonade Pie - Teresa from Alabama

Ingredients:

2 Graham Cracker Crumb Crust Pie Shells
1 Large Container of Cool-Whip
1 Little Tub of Crystal Lite Sugar Free Lemonade Drink Mix
1 Large Package of Sugar Free Jello Vanilla Pudding Mix
2 Lemon Yogurts

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, make the pudding as directed for a pie. Add Cool-Whip, mix together. Then, slowly add powdered drink mix, stopping to taste for acidity (I would advise to do half of the tub, then slowly add more to desired taste).

Pour mix into pie shells. Place plastic cover over pie shells and refridgerate till set.

Memorable Moment:

I made these pies four at a time for my sons, Daniel, David, and Michael. They are sugar free and almost fat-free with a great lemonade taste. You can use Sugar Free Tang instead if you want the "Dreamsicle" taste.  My funniest moment was with my youngest son, who was 17 at the time, came home and went straight to the refridgerator and got a pie out, grabbed a fork and came into the living room and sit down and started eating it straight out of the pie shell pan. What a compliment to a mom! Love it!
